1. Processing & Fulfilment

All products are made to order and require 2-7 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are processed Monday- Friday (excluding holidays).

shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Free shipping may be available on select promotions.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking number may be provided once your order ships.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local postal office before reaching out.

5. Lost or delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@calmcreative.uk, and we'll assist with a replacement or claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customers is responsible for additional shipping fees.
